Biography

Mallamaci Daniela was born in San Lucido 05.07.1966. She completed her secondary studies in Calabria and then enrolled at the Siena University where she graduated in Medicine and Surgery on July 25, 1995. Her specialization in Child Neuropsychiatry, was obtained at the G. Gaslini Institute of the University of Genoa. Subsequently, she also obtained a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Perfection at the same location. She was an Internal Physician at the U.S. Department of Health. O. of Child Neuropsychiatry of the G. Gaslini Hospital in Genoa for the period 2000-2001. She later taught Child Neuropsychiatry I and II in integrated courses of Child Psychiatry, Neuropsychology and Neurolinguistics, University of Genoa. Since 2001, she has been working on the “Pediatria Domani” project, with her brother, Dr. Mallamaci, providing advice on the most important clinical cases, all without compensation and without direct contact with the patient.

Medical consultant and Child Neuropsychiatrist at the A.I.A.S. Center (Italian Spastic Assistance Association) of Vadue of Carolei (CS).

Medical consultant and Child Neuropsychiatrist at the Child Movement Association (director Prof. M.R. Parsi) seat of Cosenza.

Appointed (01.04.- 15.09.2003), as a child neuropsychiatrist, at the Center of Mental Health of the ASL. Paola’s No.1.

Medical director (as psychiatrist and neuropsychiatrist child intake indefinitely) former 1st level A.S.L. No. 1 of Paola (CS), from 16.08.2003 to 1.08.2009, psychiatrist at the SPDC of Cetraro

She has participated in numerous conferences as a speaker and published original and interesting scientific articles.

She is currently Head of the NeuroPsychiatry Child Operating Unit of the ADMINISTRATION ASP Cosenza- District Praia- PST Scalea and is Technical Consultant of the Office for the Court and the Prosecutor of the Republic of Cosenza, Paola, Lamezia Terme, Scalea, and Reggio Calabria.
